AIAPGET Counselling 2026 PG Registration has started for Round 1 admissions to postgraduate AYUSH courses. The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) opened the registration facility on 30 October 2026 for eligible AIAPGET 2026-qualified candidates. The last date to register is 3 November 2026 at 2:00 PM, while the fee payment facility will remain open until 5:00 PM. AIAPGET Round 1 choice filling is also open from 30 October to 3 November 2026, with the final choice locking deadline at 11:55 PM. How to Register for AIAPGET Counselling 2026?

Eligible candidates can complete AACCC PG Round 1 registration through the official website by following these steps.

1. Visit the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/aiapget.
2. Open the PG Counselling section.
3. Click on the New Registration link for PG Counselling 2026.
4. Enter the required AIAPGET 2026 candidate details and complete registration.
5. Review the pre-filled personal and examination details carefully.
6. Complete the required counselling application information.
7. Select the applicable counselling type and pay the registration fee and security deposit.
8. Open the choice filling facility after completing registration and payment.
9. Select and arrange the preferred courses and institutions.
10. Review the choices and complete choice locking within the prescribed schedule.

AIAPGET Counselling 2026 Registration Fees

AACCC has prescribed two separate payments for PG counselling: a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the counselling type and the candidate's category.

Candidates choosing both Government/Central/National Institute counselling and Deemed University counselling must pay the higher Deemed University fee applicable to their selection. The security deposit is refundable only under the conditions specified in the official counselling scheme. It may be forfeited for certain withdrawals, non-joining cases or violations of the counselling rules.

AIAPGET Counselling 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates who have qualified AIAPGET 2026 and satisfy the applicable eligibility conditions can participate in AACCC PG counselling.

Eligible candidates may seek admission to postgraduate MD/MS courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy through the participating institutions and seat categories covered by AACCC.

Admission eligibility is subject to the qualifying examination requirements, applicable professional regulations and the admission criteria of the participating universities and institutions.

AIAPGET Counselling 2026 Seat Categories

AACCC conducts centralised counselling for the following postgraduate AYUSH seat categories:

• 15% All India Quota PG seats in Government and Government-Aided AYUSH institutions.
• Eligible postgraduate seats in Central Universities and National Institutes.
• Postgraduate seats in participating Deemed Universities.
• Applicable All India Quota and institutional quota seats at Banaras Hindu University, subject to eligibility requirements.

All India Quota PG seats in private AYUSH institutions are handled by the respective State or Union Territory counselling authorities rather than AACCC. Candidates seeking those seats should follow the relevant state counselling instructions.

AIAPGET Counselling 2026 Round 1 Choice Filling

Round 1 choice filling started on 30 October 2026 and will continue until 3 November 2026 at 11:55 PM. The final choice locking window will remain available from 2:00 PM to 11:55 PM on 3 November.

Candidates must select their preferred courses and colleges according to their admission priorities. They should check the relevant seat matrix, institutional eligibility and course fees before submitting their choices.

Choices that are locked cannot be modified. Candidates should therefore review the order of preferences carefully before final locking.

AIAPGET Counselling 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result

AACCC will process Round 1 seat allotments on 4 November 2026 and publish the result on 5 November 2026.

Allotment will be based on the candidate's AIAPGET merit, eligibility, applicable category, submitted choices and available seats.

Candidates allotted seats must follow the reporting instructions and complete the required admission verification process at their allotted institutions.

AIAPGET Counselling 2026 Round 1 Reporting Dates

According to the revised AACCC schedule, candidates allotted seats in Round 1 must report to their respective institutions between 6 and 13 November 2026.

Candidates should carry the required original documents and satisfy all admission conditions prescribed by the allotted institution. The official counselling bulletin also advises candidates to obtain an online-generated provisional admission letter after completing admission.
