Registration for NIFTEE 2027 is now open for admission to the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). On 16 October 2026, the National Testing Agency (NTA) launched the online application process for undergraduate, postgraduate and other admission categories. Regular UG, PG and NLEA applications can be submitted without a late fee until 16 November 2026. Candidates may also apply up to 21 November 2026 by paying an extra late fee of Rs. 5,000.

Is NIFTEE 2027 registration open?

Yes. On 16 October 2026, the National Testing Agency opened NIFTEE 2027 online registration. Candidates can submit applications for the relevant UG, PG and other admission categories at exams.nta.nic.in/niftee.

What is the closing date for NIFTEE 2027 registration?

Regular UG, PG and NLEA applications can be submitted without a late fee until 16 November 2026. Applications with an additional Rs. 5,000 late fee will be accepted until 21 November 2026. Other categories have their own separate deadlines.

When is the NIFTEE 2027 exam?

The regular NIFTEE 2027 entrance exam will be held on 10 January 2027. NTA will publish the advance city intimation on 21 December 2026 and the admit cards on 4 January 2027.

How much is the NIFTEE 2027 application fee?

For one programme, Open, Open-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates must pay Rs. 2,000, while SC, ST, PwD and PwBD candidates must pay Rs. 500. Different fees apply to permitted two-programme combinations and to international admission categories.

Can I apply for both B.Des. and B.F.Tech. in NIFTEE 2027?

Yes. The official bulletin allows candidates to apply for both B.Des. and B.F.Tech. through a single application form. The two-programme fee is Rs. 3,000 for Open, Open-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates and Rs. 750 for SC, ST, PwD and PwBD candidates.
