  • Deputy Director (Technical): Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 5 years regular service in pay level-10; plus Master degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Economics OR Bachelor degree in Engineering; plus energy manager or energy auditor certificate; plus 5 years post-qualification experience in energy efficiency in industry, transport, or building.
  • Deputy Director (Non-Technical): Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 5 years regular service in pay level-10; plus Bachelor’s degree OR MBA with specialisation in Finance/HR; plus 5 years post-qualification experience in establishment, administration, Accounts, or Vigilance.
  • Assistant Director (Finance): Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with 4 years service in pay level-8, or 5 years service in pay level-7; plus Bachelor's degree OR MBA in Finance; plus minimum 3 years experience in finance, accounts, and budget related works.
