NIOS Bridge Course Registration 2026 Reopens on 21 October, Apply Online by 28 October

Registration reopens on 21 October 2026, as announced by NIOS. As of 20 October, the window was set to open the next day.

According to the official NIOS reopening announcement, candidates can register for the six-month Certificate Bridge Course in Primary Teacher Education until 28 October 2026.

It is meant for eligible in-service primary teachers who were appointed on the basis of a B.Ed. qualification between 28 June 2018 and 11 August 2023. Applicants covered by relevant court orders have separate provisions.

A one-time registration and admission fee of Rs. 25,000 is charged, which does not include the Rs. 70 online transaction charge. This amount already covers the first-session examination fee.

Go to bridge.nios.ac.in, read the eligibility instructions and use the Enroll Now option from 21 October. Then fill in the required details, upload the supporting documents and pay the prescribed fee.
