The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has successfully wrapped up its nationwide Special Campaign 6.0 on Swachchta, registering notable accomplishments in office optimization, cleanliness, record management, and public grievance redressal.

Demonstrating commitment to a clean and efficient workspace, the ministry fully achieved its target by conducting 75 cleanliness campaigns. These drives successfully freed up 23,285 square feet of office space and generated a total revenue of ₹11,41,975, which included substantial contributions from e-waste recycling. Under e-waste management, ₹5,22,000 have been generated from IT, telecommunication, consumer electronics, and electrical equipment.

In record management, the ministry reviewed 3,658 physical files out of 9,309 targeted items for review, successfully weeding and closing them. Furthermore, MCA maintained high responsiveness in public grievance handling, resolving 322 out of 330 public grievances and clearing 342 out of 435 public grievance appeals. The ministry also successfully addressed and expedited references from MPs, PMO, and State Governments.

The successful culmination of Special Campaign 6.0 reflects MCA's continuous drive toward administrative efficiency, transparency, and citizen-centric governance.
