Which Students Does This Result Cover?
This SGGU result notification is only for students of the IV Year B.H.M.S. under the Old Course who appeared in the September 2026 examination. It does not cover the new course (new scheme) BHMS students, and it does not cover the first, second or third year. If you study under the new course or a different year, keep an eye on the official results page for a separate notification.
Old course results are usually taken by students who are clearing pending papers or who were admitted under the earlier scheme. Because the notification number is specific (R407/2026), make sure you open the right entry and not a similar-looking BHMS notice for another year or session.

What to Do After the SGGU BHMS Result
A result notification is the first step. Here is what most students should do next:
- Save a copy: Download the PDF and keep it safely until you receive your official marksheet.
- Collect your marksheet: The official marksheet is usually issued through your college. Details of the date will be updated on the official website or shared by your college.
- Revaluation or re-checking: If you are not satisfied with your marks, check the official website and your college notice board for any revaluation or re-assessment schedule. The source notice does not mention revaluation dates, so do not rely on unofficial dates.
