How to Prepare for SSC Exams in the Last Few Weeks
- Know the pattern: Go through the official notification for your exam carefully and note down the sections, marks and negative marking.
- Solve previous year papers: These reveal the topics that appear most often and help you manage your time.
- Take mock tests: Take full-length timed mocks and then study your mistakes rather than just looking at the score.
- Revise basics daily: Maintain short notes on formulas, grammar rules, static GK and current affairs.
- Follow current affairs: Keep up with daily current affairs so you are ready for the General Awareness section.
- Avoid guesswork: Because of negative marking, attempt only those questions you are reasonably sure about.
- Keep documents ready: Download your admit card early and confirm the exam centre, reporting time and ID requirements.
Important Points to Remember
- Every date in the SSC calendar is tentative and may be revised.
- Admit cards are published on the regional SSC websites, usually a few days before the exam.
