Dr. Rajiv Mani, Secretary (Legislative Department), administered the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Pledge. Dr. Manoj Kumar, Additional Secretary, and Ms. Akali V. Konghay, Additional Secretary, along with other senior officers, were present on the occasion.

Officers and staff of the Department, including those of the Official Language Wing and the Vidhi Sahityan Prakashan (VSP), took part.
