OIL Retainer Doctor on Contract Recruitment 2026 – Walkin

The walk-in interview is on 4 November 2026. If too many candidates register, the remaining interviews will continue on the following day(s).

Candidates must register between 07:00 A.M. and 09:00 A.M. at Duliajan Club, Oil India Limited, Duliajan. No one can register outside this time.

There are 2 vacancies: 01 for UR and 01 for ST.

Candidates need an MBBS with a minimum one-year internship and a valid Certificate of Registration from the MCI/SMC under the Indian Medical Council Act 1956.

The minimum age is 18 years. The maximum is 45 years for General and 50 years for ST candidates, on the date of registration for the walk-in interview.

The total Contract Emoluments are ₹ 85,000/- per month, made up of fixed and variable parts. EPF and Gratuity also apply, and shared Executive accommodation is provided.

Bring the filled-in Personal Bio-Data Form, a 3cm X 3cm photograph, and the originals plus self-attested copies of your ID, address proof, Class 10 documents, MBBS marksheets, MCI/SMC Registration and Internship Certificates. Also bring your Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank Pass Book and any category certificates or NOC that apply to you.

Selection is through a walk-in interview of 100 marks, with a minimum qualifying mark of 50 for all categories. The final merit is based only on the interview marks.

No, it is purely contractual. The first term is 01 year, which may be extended by two terms of 06 months each, up to a maximum of 02 years, and it gives no claim to regularisation.
