CWC Assistant Manager and Junior Executive Eligibility 2026
Each post has its own educational qualification, so check the requirement for your post carefully before you start the form.
For Assistant Manager Posts
- Assistant Manager (General): A Post Graduation Degree or Post Graduation Diploma of two years' duration in any discipline.
- Assistant Manager (Technical): B.Tech or B.E. in one of the following: Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Either a Commerce graduate with three years' post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting, OR a graduate in any discipline who holds CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering) – Civil: B.E. in Civil, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering) – Electrical: B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, or B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering) – Mechanical: B.E. in Mechanical, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
For Junior Executive Posts
- Junior Executive (General): Graduation in any discipline, plus working knowledge of computer applications, MS Office etc.
- Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, plus working knowledge of computer applications, MS Office etc.
Experience: Experience is required only under the commerce-graduate option of Assistant Manager (Finance). No experience is prescribed for the remaining posts.

CWC Age Limit 2026
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 28 years
- Age will be counted as on the last date of application, 15.11.2026. This means applicants must be born between 16.11.1998 and 15.11.2008 (both dates inclusive).
Relaxation in upper age according to the official advertisement:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- For other categories, the CWC recruitment rules apply. Even after all relaxations, the maximum age cannot exceed 55 years.
