  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one subject among Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics from a recognized University, or Part-1 (ABC) certificate from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, in addition, possess a certificate from the Department of Electronics, Government of India.The certification should be under the control of DOEACC, with an "O" level or higher.
  • Certificate Course in Computer Concepts by New Delhi, conducted by NIELIT, or a certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (C.O.P.)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (D.P.C.O.) under the National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme.
