The National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC), under the Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, has issued Corrigendum-6 dated 26 October 2026 and Corrigendum-7 dated 28 October 2026 in connection with the e-auction of land parcels/plots of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Through Corrigendum-6, 35 plots have been withdrawn from the auction process due to judicial court order prohibiting sale of those plots and will not be offered for sale under the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 31 August 2026. The details of the withdrawn plots are provided in the schedule annexed to the corrigendum.

Subsequently, through Corrigendum-7, NLMC has revised the schedule for the auction process. The last date for registration and submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) has been extended to 1 November 2026, up to 8:00 PM. The e-auction of the remaining available plots is scheduled to take place on 3 November 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Property inspection will continue to be available, subject to prior appointment. The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be issued to the selected bidder(s) after the auction.

NLMC is facilitating the monetisation of surplus land and other non-core assets of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and other government entities, in coordination with the concerned asset-owning organisations. The RINL land e-auction initiative provides an opportunity for interested bidders to participate in a transparent and competitive online auction process for the available land parcels.

Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review Corrigendum-6, including the schedule of withdrawn plots, and Corrigendum-7, which contains the revised auction timelines. Bidders interested in participating in the auction of the remaining plots must complete the applicable registration formalities and deposit the requisite EMD by the revised deadline. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP and subsequent corrigenda shall remain unchanged, except as specifically modified by the above corrigenda.

The corrigenda are available on the official NLMC website:
