National Highway travellers can now rate toll plaza services directly in the Rajmargyatra mobile application. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has added a Toll Plaza Feedback option to gather travellers' experiences and identify ways to make highway journeys more convenient and safe.
How travellers can submit feedback
People using an annual pass will be prompted through a Rajmargyatra notification after passing a highway toll plaza. Other travellers can open the app menu and choose Toll Plaza Feedback to comment on any toll plaza. The form allows users to give a rating, select relevant journey-related responses and add remarks where necessary.
The information submitted by highway users can help NHAI track problems at toll collection points and determine where service changes may be required. Travellers also gain a direct channel for bringing concerns to the authority's attention.
NHAI has urged motorists to share their toll plaza experiences using the new app feature. Such feedback can inform efforts to resolve reported concerns and raise service standards across the national highway toll network.
